Service and Weather Policy

Lawn-Patrol requires a credit/debit card to be added to your Client Hub in order to receive service. You hereby authorize Lawn-Patrol to process your credit/debit card on file for services rendered. 

• Payment for Weekly Mowing Services will be automatically processed on the last calendar day of each month, regardless of weekend or holiday.
• For all other services, payment will be processed the day they are completed, regardless of weekend or holiday.
• Any late payment or declined payment will be charged a $20.00 late fee, and service may be suspended until payment is received.

If you are not a client of Poo-Patrol and dog waste is present upon our arrival, you will be charged an additional fee for cleanup/removal of dog waste. 

Mowing services are provided weekly beginning approximately late April, through middle of October (weather permitting). By agreeing to this service, you understand this is a contractual service. 

Lawn-Patrol is not responsible for any damage to your property. Weed-eating around fencing, play systems, and other areas may result in surface imperfections and we are not responsible if this occurs. If any damage not mentioned above would occur during your service, you will be contacted immediately by management. 

Notice of cancellation of service is required 24 hours prior to your scheduled service or you will be charged for those services.

If Lawn-Patrol is unable to complete your service due to inclement weather, we will reschedule. 

Clients receive a text notification with our estimated arrival time. It is your responsibility to keep any gate/door access to your property clear of any debris and unlocked. If we are unable to access your property upon arrival, we will make additional attempts to contact you for access. If you are unable to give us access to your property after these attempts you will be charged a service fee.  

Lawn-Patrol reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. 

Your personal information and protecting your privacy is very important to us. Lawn-Patrol does not sell or share your information to any 3rd party for marketing purposes.
